Everything you need to get started with GluQuo and master your metabolic health
Welcome to GluQuo! This guide will help you set up your account and start tracking your metabolic health.
Download GluQuo from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Look for the teal GluQuo logo.
Sign up using your email address, or quickly sign in with Google or Apple ID. Your data is encrypted and secure.
Enter your basic information including name, date of birth, height, and weight. This helps personalize your insights.
Choose your continuous glucose monitor (FreeStyle Libre or Dexcom) and follow the setup instructions below.
GluQuo supports two major CGM systems:
Connect via LibreLinkUp for automatic cloud sync. Works with Libre 1, Libre 2, and Libre 3 sensors.
Connect via Dexcom API for seamless integration. Works with Dexcom G6 and G7 sensors.
To use GluQuo with your FreeStyle Libre sensor, you'll need to set up LibreLinkUp sharing. This allows GluQuo to securely access your glucose data from the cloud.
If you haven't already, download and set up the official LibreLink app:
LibreLinkUp is Abbott's companion app that allows you to share your glucose data with others (and with GluQuo).
Open the LibreLink app on your phone where your sensor is connected.
Tap the menu icon (three lines) → Connected Apps → LibreLinkUp
Toggle on "Share glucose data with LibreLinkUp". This uploads your readings to Abbott's secure cloud.
Tap "Manage Connections" and add your own email address as a connection. You'll receive an invitation email.
Download the LibreLinkUp app (separate from LibreLink) from your app store.
Create a LibreLinkUp account using the same email you invited, or sign in if you already have one.
Open the invitation email and accept, or the connection will appear automatically in the LibreLinkUp app.
Open LibreLinkUp and verify you can see your glucose readings. This confirms cloud sync is working.
Now you can connect your LibreLinkUp account to GluQuo:
Go to Settings → CGM Provider → Select FreeStyle Libre
Enter your LibreLinkUp email and password (not your LibreLink credentials).
Choose your region (US, EU, etc.) to connect to the correct Abbott server.
Tap "Connect" and GluQuo will automatically sync your glucose readings.
Tip: GluQuo syncs your glucose data automatically every 15 minutes. You can also manually sync by tapping the sync button on your dashboard.
Important: Make sure you're using your LibreLinkUp credentials, not your LibreLink credentials. These are two separate accounts, even if they use the same email.
GluQuo connects to Dexcom using their official API for secure, reliable data sync.
Go to Settings → CGM Provider → Select Dexcom
You'll be redirected to Dexcom's secure login page. Enter your Dexcom account credentials.
Review the permissions and tap "Allow" to authorize GluQuo to access your glucose data.
GluQuo will automatically sync your glucose readings. This happens every 5 minutes in the background.
Note: GluQuo supports both Dexcom US and international accounts. Make sure you're signing in to the correct region.
Your dashboard is the command center for your metabolic health. Here's what you'll see:
The large number in the center shows your current glucose level in mg/dL (or mmol/L based on your settings). The trend arrow indicates if your glucose is:
The graph shows your glucose levels over the past 24 hours. The green zone indicates your target range (default: 70-140 mg/dL).
