How much does GluQuo cost?

GluQuo is free to download on the App Store. Core features like CGM tracking, meal logging, and basic insights are available at no cost. GluQuo offers three subscription options:

How do I upgrade to a subscription?

You can upgrade directly within the app:

  1. Go to Settings → Premium
  2. Tap View Plans
  3. Choose your preferred plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime)
  4. Confirm the purchase with your Apple ID

Your premium features activate immediately after purchase.

Do I need a subscription to track my glucose?

No. GluQuo provides full CGM tracking, meal logging, and basic insights at no cost. The subscription is entirely optional — for users who want advanced analytics, AI coaching, and premium features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
  3. Find GluQuo and tap it
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier — no data is lost.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. All your glucose data, food logs, and activity history are preserved regardless of your subscription status. You'll still have access to core tracking features on the free tier.

CGM & Sensors

Which CGM devices does GluQuo support?

GluQuo currently supports:

  • FreeStyle Libre - Libre 1, Libre 2, and Libre 3 (via LibreLinkUp)
  • Dexcom - G6 and G7 (via Dexcom API)

We're constantly working on adding support for more devices.

Do I need a CGM to use GluQuo?

While GluQuo is designed to work best with a CGM, you can still use the app for food logging and manual glucose entry if you use a traditional blood glucose meter.

How do I connect my FreeStyle Libre to GluQuo?

GluQuo connects to FreeStyle Libre through LibreLinkUp (Abbott's sharing platform). Here's a summary:

  1. Enable LibreLinkUp sharing in your LibreLink app
  2. Create a LibreLinkUp account and accept the sharing invitation
  3. In GluQuo, go to Settings → CGM Provider → FreeStyle Libre
  4. Enter your LibreLinkUp credentials

How do I connect my Dexcom to GluQuo?

Connecting Dexcom is straightforward:

  1. In GluQuo, go to Settings → CGM Provider → Dexcom
  2. You'll be redirected to Dexcom's login page
  3. Sign in with your Dexcom account
  4. Authorize GluQuo to access your data

Your glucose data will sync automatically.

Why is my CGM data delayed?

CGM data typically has a 5-15 minute delay due to:

  • Physiological lag between blood glucose and interstitial fluid
  • Data processing by your CGM manufacturer
  • Cloud sync intervals

This is normal and does not affect the accuracy of trends and insights.

Data & Privacy

Is my health data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • Your data is stored on secure, certified cloud infrastructure
  • You can delete your data at any time

Do you share my data with insurance companies?

Absolutely not. We never share your personal health data with insurance companies, employers, or any third parties. Your data is yours alone.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export your data at any time from Settings → Export Data. Your data is available in standard formats that can be shared with your healthcare provider.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
  • Your CGM credentials are deleted immediately
  • This action cannot be undone

Features

How does the AI insights feature work?

GluQuo uses AI to analyze your glucose data, food logs, and activities to identify patterns and provide personalized recommendations. The AI:

  • Identifies which foods cause spikes for YOUR body
  • Finds optimal meal timing based on your patterns
  • Suggests exercise timing and types that help your glucose
  • Recognizes trends and provides actionable insights

All analysis is done on your individual data and is never used to train models for other users.

What is Time in Range (TIR)?

Time in Range (TIR) is the percentage of time your glucose stays within your target range (default: 70-140 mg/dL). Higher TIR generally indicates better glucose control. Most health organizations recommend aiming for 70% or higher TIR.

Can I track medications in GluQuo?

Yes! GluQuo includes medication tracking. You can log your medications to see how they correlate with your glucose patterns. This is for informational purposes only - always follow your healthcare provider's medication guidance.

Troubleshooting

My glucose data isn't syncing. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Verify your CGM credentials are correct in Settings
  3. For Libre: Ensure LibreLinkUp sharing is enabled in the LibreLink app
  4. For Dexcom: Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account
  5. Use the "Manual Sync" button on your dashboard
  6. Make sure your CGM app (LibreLink or Dexcom) is syncing properly

The app is running slowly. How can I fix it?
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check for app updates in your app store

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use those services to sign in instead.

How does GluQuo pricing work?
