1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GluQuo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GluQuo is a health and wellness application designed to help users:

• Track glucose levels from continuous glucose monitors (CGM)
• Log food, exercise, and mood
• Receive personalized insights about metabolic health
• Participate in structured health programs

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account with others
• Use the App to replace professional medical advice
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

5. CGM Integration

The App integrates with third-party continuous glucose monitors (CGM) including FreeStyle Libre and Dexcom. You acknowledge that:

• CGM devices are separate products with their own terms and warranties
• We are not responsible for CGM device functionality or accuracy
• CGM data may be delayed or unavailable at times
• You are responsible for maintaining your CGM device credentials

6. Health Information Disclaimer

Specifically:

• Glucose readings may vary from laboratory results
• AI-generated insights are suggestions, not medical advice
• The 14-Day Program is educational, not a treatment plan
• Always verify critical health decisions with a healthcare provider

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by GluQuo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

GluQuo offers premium features through GluQuo Pro, available as the following subscription options:

9.1 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription — Billed monthly, providing access to all premium features for one month.
• Yearly Subscription — Billed annually, providing access to all premium features for one year.
• Lifetime Purchase — A one-time purchase granting permanent access to all premium features.

9.2 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

9.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until then.

9.4 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9.5 Pricing and Refunds

• Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from App use

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GluQuo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We will delete your data per our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GluQuo regarding your use of the App.
